We take Reservations in the order they are received. Our entire fleet does occasionally get booked solid.
Given enough time; We can usually outsource enough vehicles to accommodate nearly all inquiries we receive.
Online Requests are NOT Confirmed Reservations:
We respond to Online Requests as quickly as possible. During Peak Season (Dec-Mar + Jul-Sep) we will usually
respond within 24 hours. Our response will include a quote for service and/or a request for more information.
Reservations have not been secured until CC info has been provided, which is typically done over the phone.
