"The owner himself picked me up on a ride from Breckenridge to my condo in Silverthorne. He was prompt, friendly, and when I mentioned I loved dogs, he even stopped by and picked up his own so I could play with his puppy on the way. He's very personable, and I'd recommend this taxi service to anyone who needs a ride! Tip - he specializes in transporting large groups, so you'll get the best value if there are more of you, but no big deal if not. His rates were still competitive overall, and the ability to make a reservation is great."

"We had a group of seven guys on our annual mountain biking trip. Bert offered us all the information we needed to meet up and even provided parking at his place when we found that the parking lot at the trail head was full. He was patient with us getting our gear together along with us getting our bikes loaded. He was easy to talk to on our way to the Colorado Trail. Jake his dog came along for the ride and even offered to pick us up in an emergency situation if we weren't able to finish the segment. "I booked Jake's to get our family of 7 from Copper Mountain to 2 below zero dinner sleigh ride. The night of the Dinner - Major snow storm... The snow was coming down hard and the wind was blowing it so you couldn't see a foot in front of you. There were cars in a ditch there were cars on the side of the road with hazard lights on and our guy was driving careful and confident. I was freaking out and my whole family was staring at me like "why did you do this to us" I told the the driver my whole family hates me right now can you please drive super slow... He smiled and said ok and drove slowly, everyone relaxed a bit. As bad as the weather was he made us feel safe... <Caleb> was a great driver an amazing person. He came back to pick us up and I was so relieved to see the same driver. Luckily the weather was a little better going back!! MY advise listen to the DRIVER!!"

"... Our rental broke down an hour into and an hour away from our destination... We tried to Uber/Lyft as our rental company was not coming right out to assist us, but had no luck. Called the number for Jakes, Burt answered and took off to pick us up from the side of the road in the middle of the Rockies... Not only was he super responsive, but he was a wealth of historical information along the way and had good recommendations regarding things to do, food, local brews/spirits and live music. We are super appreciative and would highly recommend. 😎"
