Inclement Weather / Traffic Disclosure:
In the event of road closure(s) and/or traffic that is out of our control; We will be as efficient as possible in regards to planning + execution of pick-ups + drop-offs. There are NO DISCOUNTS for weather / traffic delays that are out of our control. We take the SAFETY of your friends + family (and ALL of our passengers) VERY seriously!
Wee Hour Surcharge (between 12am->8am):
+$50 when we leave Summit County between those hours.
Jake's Cancellation Policy:
>2+ weeks notice - O% no charge.
1-2 weeks - 25% of cost.
48 hours -> 1 week - 50% charge.
24-> 48 hours - 75% charge.
Day-Of (or no-call/no-show) - 100%.
Cancellations / Revisions: Within 48 hours of service will incur one clerical fee at the hourly rate ($200/hour).
Accepted Payment Methods:
CASH or Venmo - 0% fee
Credit / Debit Card -> +5%

We include a free 15 minute stop for shopping or sightseeing, then it's (up to) $4/minute for any additional wait time.

Your driver will be a real live "Ski-Bum" and VERY knowledgeable about local Summit County activities.
